LIRK NOR would like to invite you to participate to the webinar titled C&L Notifications and the 1st July 2026 Publication Date: What EU Manufacturers and Importers Need to Do Now that will take place on the 22nd of June, 11.00-12.00 CEST.

From 1 July 2026, ECHA will publish the name of every company behind a Classification and Labelling notification in the C&L Inventory. For the first time, the link between a substance, its self-classification, and the legal entity that submitted it will be publicly visible to anyone with a browser.

The change follows Reg. (EU) 2024/2865, which removes the anonymity that notifiers have relied on since the Inventory was created. Civil society organisations, ESG rating services, procurement functions and enforcement authorities will be able to identify notifiers, compare classifications against SDS and label content, and flag inconsistencies across group entities. A notified position that was once an internal compliance gap becomes a public statement.

In this webinar, LIRK NOR walks through what the change means in practice, who will be querying the Inventory and why, and what steps companies should take before the 30 June 2026 confidentiality deadline. We cover the audit, pre-publication review, divergence justification work and SDS alignment required to put a notified portfolio into a defensible position.

Suitable for regulatory affairs, product compliance, legal and communications teams at EU manufacturers, importers and only representatives.
